01Delete Your Account in the App
You can delete your FloStocks account and its associated data from within the FloStocks app by Floret Capitals:
- Step 1: Open the FloStocks app and sign in.
- Step 2: Go to Account → Manage Account.
- Step 3: Tap Delete Account.
- Step 4: Tap Permanently Delete Account to confirm.
02Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion of your FloStocks account and its associated data by contacting us from the email address or phone number registered with your account:

03What We Delete and What We Keep
- Deleted: Upon confirmation, the account is deactivated immediately and all personal data is permanently anonymized within 30 days via an automated process. This includes your personal identifiers.
- Retained: We are legally required to retain certain transaction logs and KYC data for up to 5 to 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping laws.
- Educational Data: Data regarding which Guides you have completed is kept in an anonymized, aggregated format to help us improve our curriculum.

04Deactivate Instead
- Delete Account: Permanently delete your FloStocks account and close your brokerage account.
- Deactivate Account: Permanently deactivate your FloStocks account. However, your brokerage account will remain accessible through other applications. You can find this under Account → Manage Account → Deactivate Account.
